Patent Attorney Bryan Wheelock Co-presents 2021 Federal Circuit Year in Review CLE
St. Louis patent attorney Bryan Wheelock will co-present a CLE program titled “2021 Federal Circuit Year in Review” on March 22 at the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis.
According to the website, the presentation will offer “A review of the significant decisions by the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit affecting patent law from a patent prosecutor’s and patent litigator’s perspectives.” The Missouri Bar, MCLE Department has approved 1.80 MO MCLE credits for the program.
The program takes places from 12:00 to 1:30 PM at the BAMSL Bar Center, 555 Washington Ave., Suite 100, St. Louis, MO 63101.
Bryan Wheelock is a registered patent attorney in the firm’s St. Louis office. His practice includes the preparation and prosecution of patent and trademark applications for clients in diverse industries. He regularly drafts intellectual property agreements, such as non-compete agreements, and is a frequent speaker on the subject of intellectual property law.
