Metro Washington, D.C. patent attorney John White is set to moderate a panel discussion hosted by IPWatchdog about the difficulties associated with obtaining leading-edge life science patents for technologies such as gene therapy, diagnostic testing, and even DNA revival à la Jurassic Park — although this last technology is still a ways off.
