Spenser E. Schwabe

Associate / Dallas Metro Office

Spenser puts in the time to understand her clients’ technologies as well as the challenges affecting their business operations. With a degree in industrial engineering and a Lean Six Sigma certification, she works directly with clients and engineers to understand their latest innovations and how they can be applied to create new processes to increase quality and improve efficiency. She then aligns these goals with an intellectual property strategy that seeks to protect each new technology and drive overall profitability.

As a patent attorney with Harness IP, Spenser’s practice focuses primarily on the preparation and prosecution of U.S. and foreign patent applications for clients in the medical device field. She applies the same principles of quality and efficiency to provide her clients with a superior work product that offers the best possible patent protection.
