Jewell is known for bringing a relentlessly driven attitude to all facets of intellectual property law. Her practice includes preparing and prosecuting patent applications for a range of new technologies, providing litigation support, conducting trademark clearance searches, and beyond. With three degrees in the hard sciences and previous experience in nursing, Jewell brings a uniquely gifted perspective to counseling clients across a range of industries, from chemical and biopharma laboratories to large electrical and heavy manufacturing companies.
Jewell is equally proactive in matters that require comprehensive research. She regularly conducts patentability searches and, as a member of the litigation support team, is experienced in handling discovery matters, identifying relevant issues, efficiently conducting legal research, and drafting motions. Clients and colleagues alike appreciate her frank approach to finding solutions that are efficient, strategic and successful.
