Damian M. Aquino

Damian’s practice focuses on the preparation and prosecution of patent applications in the electrical, software and mechanical arts. He also assists in the preparation of legal opinions, including in the areas of patent infringement as well as freedom-to-practice.

Prior to attending law school, Damian was employed in the defense industry as an electrical engineer working in vehicle electronics, software and diagnostics. While attending law school, Damian worked as a Clerk and a Patent Agent at Harness IP, assisting in the preparation and prosecution of patent applications.
