St. Louis Patent Attorney Wins Second “Readers’ Choice” Award from JD Supra
Harness IP, one of the country’s largest and most respected intellectual property law firms, is pleased to announce that St. Louis attorney Bryan Wheelock has been named among the winners of the JD Supra Readers’ Choice Awards for the second year in a row. The award recognizes authors who have achieved especially high degrees of visibility and engagement with content covering specific industries, cross-industry topics, or emerging areas of interest. For this year, Wheelock was selected for the subjects of Patents and Trademarks.
“I appreciate the confidence readers have shown in me and am grateful for the opportunity to put my professional experience, knowledge and specialized skills to work for them,” said Wheelock. “I am also excited to bring the “Readers’ Choice” award back to Harness IP a second time.”
Readers’ Choice Awards were given only to top authors and firms who were read by C-suite executives, in-house counsel, media and other professionals in the year 2017. In each category, JD Supra recognized ten authors and one firm for consistent high readership and engagement within that category. They also recognized a single, top author for each of eight topics that either emerged or dramatically grew in interest during 2017. In total, only 242 authors were selected from a pool of nearly 50,000 attorneys and experts who publish their work on JD Supra.
Wheelock is a Principal in the firm’s Clayton office. His practice involves patent and trademark preparation and prosecution, drafting intellectual property agreements, and counseling clients on trade secret enforcement. He has written for or been quoted in numerous publications, including: Forbes, Inside Counsel, Robotics Business Review, Law360, IP Law Daily and others. He regularly publishes original content to the Harness IP blog, https://hdp.herrmanneasyeditdemo.com/blog.
