Robert Siminski has been re-appointed Vice Chair of the Asian Practice Committee of the Intellectual Property Owners Association
Harness IP is pleased to announce that Robert (Bob) Siminski has been re-appointed Vice Chair of the Asian Practice Committee of the Intellectual Property Owners Association. Mr. Siminski is a Partner at Harness IP and his legal practice is concentrated on obtaining, enforcing and licensing patents primarily in the chemical, electro-chemical, pharmaceutical and mechanical arts. In addition, he provides litigation support, due diligence, intellectual property portfolio analyses, strategic counseling, valuation support services, and opinions.
Bob obtained a J.D. from Michigan State University and a Bachelors of Science in Chemistry, University of Detroit.
Intellectual Property Owners Association (IPO) is a trade association for owners of patents, trademarks, copyrights and trade secrets. IPO is the only association in the U.S. that serves all intellectual property owners in all industries and all fields of technology.
The Asian Practice Committee of IPO is used to identify, monitor, study and recommend IPO positions regarding intellectual property acquisition, licensing and enforcement issues in Asia and to also disseminate and exchange information and views among corporate members of IPO regarding intellectual property rights in Asia.
