Harness IP principal and patent litigator, Matthew Cutler, will be speaking at the Patent Trial and Appeal Board’s 2nd Annual Bench and Bar conference on June 15th, 2016.

The topics covered in the conference include: new legal developments in AIA trials, a general introduction of ex parte appeals, and prosecution tips to strengthen a case for ex parte appeal. The event runs from 11:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
