Patent Litigator Matt Cutler Named among Best IP Attorneys for Second Year in a Row
Harness IP is pleased to share that St. Louis patent litigator Matt Cutler has been named to the 2022 “Best IP Attorneys” list by St. Louis Small Business Monthly. This is the second year in a row in which he has been named to the list.
Cutler is a Principal in Harness IP’s Clayton, Missouri office. He holds more than 20 years of experience in handling complex patent disputes for clients around the country and in various industries. His practice specializes in handling Inter Partes Review and Post-Grant Review proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. He also uses his experience as a patent litigator to provide clients with strategic counseling related to IP portfolio management.
Outside of his legal practice, Cutler is also the Co-founder and President of the Joshua Chamberlain Society, a charity that supports seriously injured or fallen military veterans and their families. He holds a J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame.
The “Best IP Attorneys” designation is based on a reader poll conducted by St. Louis Small Business Monthly. The list appears in the publication’s January issue.
