Michael Teich to Lead U.S. Patent Law Workshop at the China Intellectual Property Annual Conference in Hangzhou
Harness IP patent attorney Michael Teich will lead a workshop presentation during the China Intellectual Property Annual Conference (CIPAC) in Hangzhou, China. The presentation, titled “Drafting Tips for Applications Destined for U.S. Filing,” will address key considerations for Chinese companies filing patent applications in the U.S. based on Chinese priority applications.
Teich is a Principal in the firm’s Reston, Virginia office. His practice focuses on preparing and prosecuting U.S., international, and PCT patent applications in the electrical and mechanical arts. He has experience prosecuting patent applications in numerous technology fields, including telecommunications, data storage structures, semiconductor devices, integrated circuits, LCD technology, medical imaging devices (CT, MRI, and PET), AI, and cloud computing technology. He frequently travels to China and speaks on the subject of intellectual property law.
