Voting for the 2018 IPO Video Contest is now live. Please visit the IPO Foundation website to watch all of the videos and cast your vote on or before August 31.

This year, a new category has been introduced that will give one winner the chance to donate a $5,000 cash prize to the charity of his or her choice. Other awards include:

• 13-15 Years Old Category: $3,000 Cash Prize
• 16-18 Years Old Category: $7,500 Scholarship
• 19+ Years Old Category: $7,500 Cash Prize
• Finalist videos will also be eligible for a $2,000 Cash Prize for receiving the most likes on Facebook

Harness IP is proud to be a sponsor of the upcoming Intellectual Property Owners (IPO) Education Foundation IP Video Contest for the third consecutive year. The contest is open to students in all 50 states, ages 13 and older. Entrants must be enrolled as full-time students in an accredited secondary, college level or trade school. There are different age categories, including:

• 13-15 years old
• 16-18 years old
• 19+ years old

The contest ends on July 1, 2018. In August, videos will be posted on IPO Education Foundation’s website for viewing and voting. A Foundation Awards Dinner will take place in Washington, D.C. in December 2018 to formally congratulate the winners and award them cash prizes and scholarships for the best video in each of the above age categories.
