Intellectual property law firm, Harness IP, is pleased to announce it has been selected as one of the 2016 Best Places to Work by the St. Louis Business Journal. This year, almost 150 businesses participated in the Best Places to Work competition. Companies and their employees submitted surveys, administered by Quantum Workplace, and used an algorithm, which measured communication, management structure, benefits, teamwork and other several other factors. Companies were grouped by size and ranked to determine the most employee-friendly workplaces in St. Louis.
