Patent Litigator Brad Luchsinger Named to “Up & Coming Lawyers” List
Harness IP is pleased to announce that Metro Detroit patent litigator Brad Luchsinger has been named to Michigan Lawyers Weekly’s “Up & Coming Lawyers” class of 2017. According to the publication’s website, attorneys are chosen for displaying “ambition, drive, determination and accomplishments that set them apart among their peers.”
Luchsinger’s practice focuses on IP and patent litigation, as well as on the preparation and prosecution of patent applications. His experience includes patent reexamination proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, International Trade Commission proceedings, trademark opposition proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, and civil litigation in U.S. district courts throughout the country and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. He is also a skilled patent attorney with a successful record of obtaining patent protection for clients in the automotive, medical device, furniture and construction industries.
Luchsinger earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from Michigan State University College of Law and holds a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from Penn State University.
Attorneys must be 40 years or younger or in the first 10 years of their legal careers to qualify for the “UP & Coming” award. They are judged on several factors that include academic success, career accomplishments, and contributions to initiatives likely to make a difference to the profession, the legal system or the greater community.
