Harness IP Elects Six New Principals, January 8, 2013
Troy, MI-January 8th, 2013- Harness IP is pleased to announce it has named six attorneys as new principals. Effective January 1st, the new principals named were Damian M. Aquino, Thomas A. Jurecko, and Matthew H. Szalach, all of the Troy, MI office, and Brian G. Panka, Leanne M. Rakers, and Douglas A. Robinson, all of the St. Louis, MO office.
Mr. Aquino’s practice focuses on the preparation and prosecution of patent applications in the electrical, software, and mechanical arts. Mr. Jurecko’s practice focuses on preparing and prosecuting patent applications in various technical arts including mechanical, electro-mechanical and automotive design. Mr. Szalach’s practice focuses on preparing legal opinions and on preparing and prosecuting patent applications in the technical arts. Mr. Panka’s practice focuses on preparing and prosecuting patent applications in the mechanical and electromechanical fields, both in the United States and abroad. Ms. Rakers’ patent practice is concentrated on preparing and prosecuting patent applications in pharmaceutical, life science and biotechnological arts, including small molecule chemistry, therapeutic methods, organometallic chemistry and recombinant DNA technology. Mr. Robinson’s practice is devoted primarily to intellectual property litigation in the areas of patents, trade secrets, trademarks, and copyrights.
