Harness IP Patent Attorneys Named to the 2017 Super Lawyers List for Missouri & Kansas
Harness IP, one of the country’s premier intellectual property law firms, is pleased to announce that two patent attorneys in its Metro St. Louis office were named to the list of 2017 Missouri & Kansas Super Lawyers. Two additional attorneys were named to the Rising Stars list. These honors are granted to only the most respected lawyers in the state, with no more than 5% of lawyers in each state making the Super Lawyers list and no more than 2.5% earning Rising Star status.
The lawyers, named with the practice area for which they are recognized, include:
Missouri & Kansas Super Lawyers
- Matthew Cutler, Intellectual Property, Intellectual Property Litigation
- Bryan Wheelock, Intellectual Property
Missouri & Kansas Rising Stars
- Michael Kella, Intellectual Property
- Greg Meyer, Intellectual Property, Intellectual Property Litigation
Attorneys from the St. Louis office are joined by several Harness IP attorneys from Metro Detroit and Dallas who were announced to their states’ Super Lawyers lists in early September. From Michigan, these lawyers include: Michael Brennan, Lisabeth Coakley, Glenn Forbis, Paul Keller, and Robert Lenihan. From Dallas, Gerald Welch earned the title Super Lawyer.
Nominations for Super Lawyers and Rising Stars are based on a rigorous, three-step system of peer reviews and independent research to evaluate key indicators of professional success. Selections for both lists are made each year and announced on a state-by-state basis.
Super Lawyers has the stated objective to “create a credible, comprehensive and diverse listing of outstanding attorneys that can be used as a resource for attorneys and consumers searching for legal counsel.” Only lawyers who can be hired by the public, such as those employed by private firms, are included in the rankings.
