Beth Coakley and Jessica Sachs Co-Chair “World IP Day 2017” for Michigan
Harness IP trademark attorneys and Principals Beth Coakley and Jessica Sachs are pleased to Co-chair “World IP Day 2017” which includes the entire state of Michigan. World IP Day is an annual international event that educates and raises awareness about the role of intellectual property and encourages innovation and proper protection of intellectual property. This global program is sponsored by the World Intellectual Property Organization, the United States Patent and Trademark Office, the American Bar Association and various Michigan IP organizations supported by Harness IP.
This year’s World IP Day will take place May 6 at The Henry Ford Museum in Dearborn, Michigan, from 10am to 12 noon where the day’s program will be integrated into the Museum’s monthly event known as “Make Something in the Month of May.” The focus of this year’s World IP Day will be on participants ages 8-13 and will be specifically tailored by Harness IP to allow Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts to potentially earn their “Intellectual Property Badge” or “Entrepreneurial Badge.” All ages are encouraged to attend a dynamic and interactive presentation about the importance of intellectual property prepared as presented by Principals of Harness IP.
More information, including a lineup of speakers and sponsors, will be released soon.
