ST. LOUIS — An Ellisville-based TV antenna seller is suing Landmark Technology LLC, citing alleged false allegation.
Antennas Direct Inc. filed a complaint on April 28 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana against Landmark Technology alleging that it wrongfully accused the plaintiff of patent infringement.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks declaration that plaintiff has not infringed any valid and enforceable claim of the ‘319 Patent, declaration that the patent is invalid, award for damages, attorney fees and costs and such other and additional relief.
