St. Louis Principal Bryan Wheelock will be a speaker at this year’s AIPLA Annual Meeting to be held in Washington, D.C. His presentation, entitled “‘Till Your Last Breadth,” will discuss the role of broad claims in a patent portfolio and the interplay between claim scope and eligibility, functional claiming, written description, and enablement.
